From Stones to Smiles

​​At North Potomac Senior Center, we had a successful launch to one to our Crafty Companions program! We had 7 seniors participate in our rock painting event this past Monday. One painted their rock with Chinese character for longevity, another senior painted a beautiful cherry tree, and others had flowers, fruits, and colorful mandala!

We ended the event with a heartfelt thank-you from one senior: “Meeting you guys and being part of this group was even better than longevity and cherry trees.”
