Blooming Bonds

We had another wonderful session of Crafty Companions this week, where seniors and teen volunteers came together to make felted flower crafts. We were excited to welcome new seniors and 3 new youth volunteers! Watching this program grow has been incredibly rewarding, and we look forward to spreading more joy through this program.

One senior even shared that they came to the center specifically for our program, which was truly a moment that warmed our hearts. We were so happy to hear that our participants have valued the the social interaction and are already looking forward to next week’s session—but also to the upcoming launch of our new program, Story Circles!
